Singing and Dancing to worship music during Bible class. The students love it and ask for this song daily, probably because they get to move out of their seats and jump up and down.

Growing Plants

The experiment I did was on plants. I planted peas, broccoli, and flowers. I have to check on them every day. If they need watering I take them to the class, then bring them back. I am hoping to do more experiments in the year!

My project is about planting seeds. There are 3 responsibilities about planting seeds. The first one is to put the seeds in the soil. The second one is to water. The plants need lots of water. The third one is have sunlight. Plants need lots of sunlight. The seeds I am growing are bean seeds such as black beans and pinto beans. The beans are going to grow great. I will have good beans.

Observing Insects

The experiment we did was a bug experiment. First we went to find a bug around school. It took a total of 10 or 15 minutes. We didn't find one and were late, so we went the next day. We found a grasshopper out on the field.


I woke up this morning and got dressed. Then I went outside and caught a grasshopper. He is brown. I found him in my backyard on a leaf.

First Day of School

The students brought Get-To-Know-Me-Bags. Here they are showing off a few of their items. We are going to have a great year!

Welcome to 4th Grade!

Fourth grade orientation is Wednesday, August 10th. We will meet in the F wing or T buildings from 10-11am. Looking forward to meeting you.
